Our little bear is 4 months old

 Brookie is 4 months old and couldn't have turned out to be a sweeter baby. All she does is smile and watch everyone quietly and just take it all in. She is starting to talk a little bit.  She reaches for stuff under her little play gym.  She loves to grab my hair and necklace.  She also loves my phone and the remote.   
She was in the 40th % for weight (13lbs and 10oz) she is my peanut.  BUT 90% for height no shocker there.  Lots of brains.. she is also in the 90% for head size.  She is a lucky girl she has a lot of people in this house who love her to pieces.  I guess that is why she has so much to smile about.

Halloween 2012

Halloween was a big success this year. Sam and Kate were really into getting dressed up. Brooke not so much. She had her costume on for about 2 minutes and started wiggling her head and fussing. Just enough time to snap a couple of pictures. Kate could not get to each door fast enough to collect as much candy as she possibly could. I found her bag hidden in her closer. I'm pretty sure she is sneaking up there to have a piece. Candy rehab may be in her future. It was a very chilly Halloween for the parents, but it doesn't seem to phase the kids one bit!

I had to write this down so I would remember. Last Sunday (Brooklyn was 13 weeks old) and she laughed out loud. Of course I ran for the video camera and tried to get her to do it again. I'm patiently waiting to hear her do it again! To watch your baby smile and laugh is one of the best things to experience in life!!!!
